A. Logan Hill
A. Logan Hill is a poet and arts educator from Harrisonburg, VA currently living in Richmond. He holds an MFA in Poetry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which he received in 2017. He also holds a BA in English from James Madison University, which he received in 2012, and spent his formative years as a student and chorister touring with The American Boychoir School from 2002-2004. He has presented at the 2017 Massachusetts Poetry Festival with jubilat and Factory Hollow Press for a panel titled "Why We Love Chapbooks", as a Young Scholar for the 2015 Beatnik Shindig in San Francisco, and as a poet and writer for the Bridgewater International Poetry festival, where some of his work was first anthologized. Other work can be found in Whurk Magazine, a slough of little chapbooks, small batch DIY publications, and other zines in addition to the more recent River City Poets Anthology "Lingering in the Margins" and elsewhere. He currently teaches English with Richmond Public Schools and makes and teaches puppetry in his spare time.
